For the sake of advocating company culture and setting company examples through rewarding high achievers and motivating underachievers for their mutual improvement, a 5-day tour to Malaysia, led by a member of the board Frank, was initiated on Nov. 28th and ended on Dec. 3th, 2023, for the chosen Gentech Stars of the Year 2020-2022. The tour was to show appreciation to the chosen Gentech Stars for their great efforts, commitment, and support to Gentech Industries Group. Meanwhile, it was also for amplifying friendships and team spirit among fellows while experiencing the culture of an East Asia country and enjoying the pleasant beauty of nature in their spare time.
